This Asteroid Contains $10000 Trillion Worth of Metals

NASA has teamed up with billionaire Elon Musk to begin exploring an asteroid near the earth that allegedly contains enough gold to make everyone on earth a millionaire, the Sun reported.

Musk’s SpaceX company, in partnership with NASA, will launch an unmanned spacecraft to the asteroid as early as 2022.

NASA said in a statement:

“We will launch the spacecraft to a metal rich asteroid called 16 Psyche, which is located between Mars and Jupiter and runs around the sun.”

The asteroid is unique because it appears to be made up mainly of exposed ferronickel nuclei, which are part of many planets in the solar system.

The 16 Psyche is about 120 miles in diameter and is made up of a large amount of platinum, iron and nickel. It is estimated that the total value of various metals in 16 Psyche can reach 10000 trillion US dollars.

This means that if we take it back to earth, it will completely disrupt commodity prices and lead to the collapse of the world economy.
