Lionel Messi’s father in Saudi Arabia to negotiate football biggest ever deal with Al-Hilal
Lionel Messi’s father, Jorge Messi is reportedly in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to negotiate a deal to take his son to Saudi Arabia.
Al Nassr’s arch rivals, Al-Hilal have offered Cristiano Ronaldo’s biggest rival, Lionel Messi a deal worth more than the Al Nassr player’s deal to lure him to the club.
Ronaldo alongside Lionel Messi ruled football all over the world for almost two decades before the Portuguese separated after moving to Al Nassr.
Lionel Messi’s current contract with Paris Saint-Germain expires in June and the Saudi Club is looking to lure the eight-time Ballon d’Or winner to Riyadh.
Al Hilal is offering to pay Lionel Messi $300m a year (£245m), seventy percent more than what Cristiano Ronaldo earns at Al Nassr.
PSG is confident of extending Lionel Messi’s contract despite interest from several other clubs. Messi’s moving to Al Hilal will reignite the Messi vs Ronaldo rivalry.
